Coach Williams will be entering his 16th season as an assistant coach for O3 Elite. Coach Williams responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, and tournament coordination. Coach Williams is also responsible for assisting our players with the recruitment process and aligning players with college opportunities with coaches at every level. Coach Williams also co-coordinates team hosted tournaments and events.

His ability to connect athletes with college programs is second to none as the program has afforded many of our players the opportunity to play at the D1, D2, D3, NAIA and JUCO levels for male and female athletes. His relationships with coaches from AAU, High School, College, and the NBA is well documented. His love, passion, and desire to help the youth to reach their potential is legendary.

Coach Williams is a devout Christian and has preached the gospel throughout the country and believes that through Christ, “ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!”  This is the message that he instills in every player he encounters.

Coach Williams was born and raised in Philadelphia. He played in the legendary Philadelphia Public league from 1983-1987. He played in the Sonny Hill leagues as a youth and counts his High School Coach Art Kratchman, Coach John Chaney, and Coach Sonny Hill as his biggest basketball influences.

Coach Williams served in the US Marine Corps and was a decorated war veteran of Dessert Storm. While in the Corps he played in the highly ranked military leagues in Japan and Oceanside Ca against tremendous competition. Coach Williams is married with 3 children who all played for the program and starred at Rancho Cucamonga High School. Coach Williams currently resides in Rancho Cucamonga.
