Sports Performance for Basketball Players
Our 94ft of Familiarity Basketball Training System builds superior athletes who can perform under critical circumstances. Athletes in our Basketball Sports Performance program are trained for Mental Stamina, Speed, Power, Quickness, Precise Movements and Superior Mechanics.
Our basketball sports performance program is based on founding Principles including 40 minutes of Staying Low, Bi-Lateral Movements, and maintaining balance and center of gravity through Offensive and Defensive contact.
The above skills need to be trained. As long as the athlete has a willingness to Learn, an Attitude to be Taught, and the Effort to get Better – our System will take care of the rest.
Basketball Sports Performance Builds Superior Athletes
Our basketball sports performance program trains athletes in timing, rhythm, plyometrics, strength, acceleration, reaction, change of direction, stop and go movement patterns, endurance, stamina, speed, and cardiovascular strength.
Vertical leap, stabilization, balance, and lateral movement all are incorporated into our Combine section of 94ft Training and ACI’s. Developing the above skills in training impacts player results, confidence, and athletic superiority over opponents.
