Coaches

I’m a 1996 Rancho Cucamonga HS Alumni. During my time as a Cougar, I played football, waterpolo and was on the swim team. After graduating, I played two years of waterpolo at Chaffee College where I was fortunate enough to obtain my AA degree. In 2003 I married the love of my life and in 2004 we moved to Yucaipa CA where God eventually blessed us with three beautiful children. During the past ten years, I’ve had the opportunity to coach numerous recreational soccer and basketball teams as well as serve on the Yucaipa Valley Youth Soccer Board. During my time as a coach, I’ve also trained and managed multiple club soccer teams and coached the middle school boys basketball program at Inland Leaders Charter School. I have been assisting Coach Andre with O3 Elite basketball activities for the past three years; during which time I’ve learned a great deal. Coach Andre has instilled upon me the value of patience, leadership and praise while also showing me the importance of development over trophies. I’ve learned that at the end of the day, it’s not about how many accolades one has, it’s about his/her character and whether or not they have the ability to succeed at the next level in their young life. My goal as a coach is to assist Coach Andre with your child’s development, while being both a leader and a mentor.
