Coach Andre is the Founder, CEO, and Director of O3 Elite Youth Basketball Academy, NESW Coalition High School Divisions, Team PBC, and 94ft of Familiarity training systems. Coach Wallace brings a tremendous amount of basketball knowledge to our coaching staff, serving as Head Coach for the 13u and 14u Youth Teams as well the Coalition’s 15u 16u and 17u High School Teams. His passion for developing young athletes through a unique system of sports performance, integrated into basketball skills training is unprecedented. Coach Andre’s infrastructure, systems, and principles serve as the foundation and strength of our program. Coach Andre employs meticulous and unorthodox methods in his training and coaching style and has coined the phrase “Training that Translates” Coach Andre believes that this industry lacks credible people, many of who lie to the public and make false claims about the services they offer. Coach Andre prides himself on the success of the players that he has developed from the ground level up, with this year’s completed High School season totaling over (100) First and Second Team (All-League Selections). Coach Andre has a decorated history of results with player development and this website yields undisputable evidence and endless accounts of video, written, and audio testimonials of players, their parents, high school, college coaches, and industry professionals providing their own unbiased account of the results that have translated to every level of their performance. Our All-League performers expand into 24 Inland Empire High Schools. We have 15 players who have made All-Region and All CIF Team’s, and 7 players selected as 1rst Team All-State Performers. Every one of our players has excelled in the classroom as All-Academic performers meeting or exceeding a 3.5-grade point average. No other club program in California can say the same and show evidence of building the player’s skills during the infancy of their development! We are proud to have 45 players who have played collegiately and hundreds of players who have received academic scholarships, completed their degrees, and have entered various employment industries.

Coach Andre believes that his mission through Christ Jesus is to Innovate, Impact and Inspire, and through basketball influence, encourage and prepare next-generation leaders through transformative principles of Faith, Excellence, Service, Discipline, Respect, Truth, and Commitment. Coach Andre has a tremendous love and passion for basketball and sports in general, especially for the leadership development of young people that can be fostered through sports curriculums. Coach Andre has seen firsthand the value, impact, and benefits on the lives of those who, participate. His involvement in developing leaders through sports, expands to almost 25 years, crediting several family members, mentors, and older friends who have influenced his faith, corporate, community, career, life aspirations, and coaching values.

Coach Andre has an extensive background and education in Exercise Physiology, a B.S Degree in Sociology from Cal Baptist University, and a Master’s in Sports Administration. Coach Andre is also the Senior Associate Head Coach at Westcliff University for the Men’s Basketball team in Irvine CA. Coach Andre was recently announced as the Boy’s Basketball Head Coach for Westcliff Preparatory Academy High School, also located in Irvine.

Coach Andre brings strong organizational skills with a proven and documented track record of success in corporate leadership positions, successfully building high-performing teams, helping people promote and advance their careers.

Coach Andre has a strong basketball acumen, and, is considered one of the best, strategists and tacticians in the state. Coach Andre says “I’m not a big believer in Coaching Philosophies. I’m growing, learning, and continue to evolve as a man in all areas of my life. When it comes to coaching, my Faith and beliefs serve as my foundation for teaching young people. As a coach who is a Christian, leading and developing young people is centered around God’s Word, Prayer, Love, and Fellowship. Serving young people and helping them achieve their potential and purpose in Christ is extremely important to me.

I have a teaching philosophy and it’s simple. Provide young people with a meaningful experience and an opportunity to develop their skills in an environment where they are learning, that is challenging, fair and fun.”

I want to take the time to express my deepest appreciation, love, and thanks to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for his mercy and grace throughout my life. I want to thank all of my family, friends, mentors, and loved ones who have encouraged influenced, and supported me through the years.
