Our Vision

At O3 Elite Basketball our Faith, excellence in service, organizational structure, sports performance, skill development, education, teaching, coaching, mentorship, team building and resources serve as the cornerstone and foundation of our Programs.

The vision at O3 Elite Youth Basketball Academy & NESW Coalition is to prepare and motivate our student-athletes for a rapidly changing world by instilling in them critical thinking skills, a global perspective, and respect for the core values of faith, honesty, loyalty, perseverance and a passion for sport while applying the highest levels of basketball instruction, strategical methods, and resources on developing each player’s individual talent and skills within a team context.

Our vision is also to give basketball players in the Inland Empire the chance to compete locally, regionally, and nationally against the best players and programs in the country in a year-round curriculum that yields results at all levels and prepares our players to be young women and men of Christ.
