Our Mission

Our Faith, excellence in service, organizational structure, sports performance, skill development, education, teaching, coaching, mentorship, team building and resources serve as the cornerstone and foundation of our Programs and our purpose is to provide Christ-centered excellence in mentorship, instruction, academics and athletics while partnering with the church and families to advance the kingdom of God.

It is the mission of the O3 Elite Youth Basketball Academy & NESW Coalition Programs to educate and empower our youth with confidence, commitment, and integrity, so they can live a productive today while preparing for a sustained successful tomorrow.

Our organizational goal is to teach young people respect for themselves, their peers, and their communities by instilling a code of ethics built on faith, honesty, responsibility, and teamwork.

Together, our players, families, volunteers, and partners work tirelessly with an unyielding spirit to provide a safe, structured environment so each player can reach their full potential, develop their gifts and talents, and translate their skills at the highest levels on the court, in the classroom and communities they will one day lead.
