PBC Plus Recruitment, Combine & Resource Center

For the last 17 years, our staff have identified, trained, and developed many of the top players and best athletes in Southern California. Through our 94ft Training platform, we have developed from the ground level, over One Hundred 1rst and Second Team All-League Players, Twenty All-Region Ten All-State, and multiple All-Academic Performers. Each of these players had a tremendous impact on their High School teams.

Forty-five of our student-athletes were offered and signed full scholarships to play at the collegiate level. We have successfully helped our players and their families understand the recruiting process, build relationships with coaches, student advisors, and career counselors, while also breaking down the structure and balance of collegiate administration, the education system, and athletics. The majority of our players have graduated with bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and have entered the workforce, while many others have gone on to play professionally overseas and in the NBA. While assisting these players, we have built relationships and worked with coaches from every level of high school, college, and the professional ranks and now will put our experience, relationships, and network to work for you.

Our services are varied, diverse, and will be tailored to what your athlete’s particular needs are. We begin each assignment with an in-person or video consultation to assess the athlete and begin to develop a recruitment strategy. Next, we offer an in-person skills assessment and training session to determine the athlete’s transferable skill level, including ball-handling, shooting, and instinctual decision making. This process leads to an honest evaluation, skill development plan, physical conditioning program along with realistic goals and expectations of a college-level that best suits the athlete.
