In-Season Basketball Workouts for High School Boys & Girls
Weekly Clinics and Saturday In-Season Workouts are a way for our Inland Empire area high school basketball players to perform at a high level in games and tournaments during the season. Players should improve every week. Our In-Season High School Basketball Workouts address, all skill behaviors, Range Shooting, Fighting and freeing up through Screens, Breaking down a player One on One. Taking and Creating Angles. O3 Elite Youth Basketball Academy and the NESW Coalition programs are pleased to announce our 14th Annual In-Season High School Basketball Workouts, featuring The 94ft of Familiarity Certified Skills Academy, for San Bernardino County area high school basketball players.
The majority of High School basketball players, both boys and girls neglect, ignore or don’t see the importance of maintaining a basketball skills training routine during the season. I’m writing to you as a parent of two sons, both of who were starters as underclassmen on their Varsity teams, and both who received full athletic scholarship offers. Second, as a Clinician and Sports Performance Specialist who has successfully trained hundreds of boys and girls players and finally as former Freshman Head Coach, Assistant Varsity Coach, and now as a Senior Associate Head Coach at West Cliff University.
As the season approaches, High School basketball coaches shift their programs toward offensive and defensive strategy, team building, and figuring out how to be the best version of themselves to give the team the best chance to compete and win. The players who have the best skills and embody the culture that coaches have created will be the ones who have roles on the team or will be announced as starters.
Individual basketball skill development is no longer the point of emphasis. Coaches have to prepare their teams for the season. Prior to my tenure as a High School coach, I partnered with many Inland Empire high schools and proposed my In-Season Workouts as a measurable tool for players to continue to develop, stay sharp and categorically impact the team and individual statistics. Last year we had 8 boys players named to 1st Team All-League teams and 5 of our girl’s players named 1st Team All-League. We also have players, who play collegiately who currently train in our Off-Season Academies who are performing at a high level for their respective programs.
This is the reality of competitive sports, players who have success are the ones who have a year-round training routine.

All Training Sessions will be held at Rancho Cucamonga High School. All training sessions are 1 hour and 30 minutes.
